Kaku's POV
--------------
Everyone was silent. We were scattered @ the steps to one of the offices on the Island.
Lucci was out for the count and since he had always been our unofficial leader we were lost w/out him...
I shifted about uncomfortably, wincing to myself.
Everyone looked a little worse for wear...
Jyabara looked like whoever fought him had put a burning iron rod to his chest and face leaving behind some nasty looking 1st and 2nd degree burns.
He also moved as if a number of his ribs and his one leg was fractured....
Mugiwara had really done a number on both Blueno and Lucci...It was amazing both survived w/ the probable severity of their internal wounds....
Whoever had fought Kalifa had electrocuted her and had torn apart her clothes so Kalifa was wrapped in a sheet covering up the burn marks in her stomach and chest area.....
Kumadori and Fukoru both had lage bruises on their bodies and looked the best outta all of us.
Kumadori's only problem was that whoever beat him also bent up his staff which he lamented over until Jyabara snapped @ him to stop...
Roronoa hadn't cut me to ribbons only because I had put up tekkai in time but my wounds were bad nontheless...I guess they could've been worse but someone (and I had a strong suspicion who) had torn up a shirtt or some piece of cloth and bandaged my wounds before I woke up...
"so...now what?" I asked looking up @ Jyabara.
He was the eldest @ 35 and sorta ended up taking over for Lucci whenever Lucci was off elsewhere or outta commission like right now...
Jyabara stroked his beard thoughfully before saying "I suggest we split up. Each of us try and find out what the heck is going on."
Everyone nodded in agreement and everyone split up in different directions.
Kalifa and Kumadori ran towards the north side if the island.
Blueno and Jyabara took the east.
Fukkoru scurried off to the south-west.
I stayed with Lucci and kept an eye/ear open for anything suspisious.

I wonder who bandaged Kaku's wounds, because think Chopper was still unconscious when Zoro defeated him, so it couldn't have been him.
